Shipping Times

Some important stuff :)
 
Hodlers believes in being clear and transparent with customers at all times:
  • Products are sourced from all around the world as is the case with most most drop-shipping businesses
  • Shipping times can vary from 1- 6 weeks so we recommend ordering all products wanted at the same time to ensure they are received in a timely manner.
  • It is the customers duty to check and accept the shipping times stated as they are mentioned in various places.
  • The customer has the option to choose the various shipping methods so must be aware the time of checkout.
  • We recommend at least using E-packet or AliExpress Standard Shipping ( good reliability rate)
  • Refunds are not given based on customers claiming to be unaware of shipping times at the time of purchase as everything is clearly stated.
  • Refunds are offered if the product arrives later than the guaranteed delivery time, the product is damaged or not as described upon delivery.
